Join us for weekly breath-based Hatha Yoga sessions at Valada Viva with Evelyn Ueller-Luescher, from May 7th to June 25th. A gentle yet deep practice combining movement, breath, and mindfulness, open to all levels. A space to slow down, reconnect, and bring more awareness into everyday life.

About the event
𖤓Breath-based Hatha Yoga at Valada Viva 𖤓
From May 7th to June 25th, Valada Viva will host weekly Hatha Yoga sessions with Evelyn Ueller-Luescher, open to all levels.
Classes take place on Thursdays, with 75-minute sessions from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM.
The monthly fee is €30 (€7.50 per session, prepaid), or €10 for drop-in classes. Payment is handled directly by the teacher.
